DocuBank Family Services
DocuBank can help every member of the family stay prepared and protected. The DocuBank family services are personalized to the specific members they serve, but at the base are identical to the primary DocuBank service. Family service memberships can be initiated at any time and can transition to the DocuBank service when applicable.
Minors Matter
The Minors Matter service is designed to provide the information caregivers need in order to provide the best care for minors. An excellent service for shared custody, camps and daycare, grandparent care and other shared care situations.
Minors Matter includes: 2 cards to pass on to caregivers, alerts to parents when card is used,medical info, form storage, and more.
DocuBank ICE
ICE is for college age members so parents can get access to them in a medical emergency. Designed to store and provide the HIPAA form needed for the parents of young adults to be able to speak to doctors.
ICE also includes: 2 cards, (one for parent, one for adult child), alerts emailed when card is used. Medication list, Medical conditions and more.
SNAP
for special needs adults
Parents and caregivers of adults with special needs can use SNAP to organize and coordinate care and information. SNAP can store letters of intent, healthcare directives, and more.
SNAP also includes: 2 cards (one for adult to carry and one for caregiver), alerts to contacts when DocuBank is used, medication list storage and more.
